AKFIT Service Department offers:
- A dedicated service department, open Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 6:00 pm,
staffed with knowledgeable service technicians.
- A live representative to ensure your phone call is answered.
- Trained service technicians who address each service call individually,
based on a variety of factors to determine the most efficient and cost
effective service solution for the customer.
- A custom service management software is used to enable us to properly
manage and track your service issue from start to finish.
- A complete parts warehouse and dedicated parts personnel to manage our
parts.
- A service representative who will contact you within 48 hrs of
initiating your service request, to establish a course of action.
- An average response time of typically 7 business days from the time we
receive your request until the time the technician arrives on site to
diagnose. (Peak seasons and call volumes can affect response time. While we
cannot guarantee a response time, we do everything possible to ensure your
issue is addressed as quickly as possible).
