Element Fitness MERCURY 9516 Calf Raise
The specially designed Calf Raise trains the gastrocnemius muscles. User can set up personal settings, rise the back pad while user stands on tiptoe allowing to effectively train calf muscle.

- To train calf muscles in standing position, provide a better training effect by combining user self-weight.
- Adjustable starting position enables user get into the machine in standing position without the need to bend down
