Quality - Our plates are made from high-quality steel (not aluminum). Each plate is marked with its weight for easy identification and color coded so that they may be easily identified.Flexibility - Like all fractional plates, they allow you to make weight increases in as little as .25 lb. increments on each side of your Olympic bar. That's just a .5 lb. total increase, versus the normal 5 lb. increase with the usual two 2.5 lb. platesThat also means you can increase weight in .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 lb. increments before you would get to the usual 5 lb. increase. In some difficult exercise, increasing your weight by 5 lbs. is just not manageable or necessarily safe. It is important to control the weight increases, so that the body is able to grow in size and strength without failure or injury. Includes 2 x 1/4lbs, 2 x 1/2lbs, 2 x 3/4lbs, 2 x 1lbs

Local Delivery/Installation:

Local delivery in box to your door can be paid at checkout for locations within 25 km.

Installs or deliveries beyond 25km are paid separately. See Service Centre to schedule.

After completing the delivery request form, our delivery team will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days.

Pickup:

Items can usually be picked up within an hour. To allow us to serve you, please arrive no later than 1 hour before closing. For large equipment, please schedule ahead by calling us.
