Do you deliver & install?
Yes! We deliver and install equipment to residential addresses, including apartments, condos, townhomes, detached homes, private estates and cottages. Delivery and installation quotes are available through our sales team. An installation agreement must be completed prior to service.
For remote locations, we offer options such as LTL shipping, pre-assembly, or extended delivery. Contact us to discuss the best solution.

My equipment needs repair - how do we get started?
Submit a Service Request and we will contact you within a few business days to discuss details. Please note some brands may require direct contact with the manufacturer, but our team will assist with troubleshooting and next steps.
Do you offer Financing?
Yes - and we now have more options to serve you! AKFIT offers financing through Affirm (via Shop Pay) when you shop on akfit.com for orders between $35 - $30,000 CAD, or with Sezzle Pay-In-4 (on orders between $100 - $2,500 CAD). Available to Eligible Canadian customers only.
Does AKFIT price match?
We aim to price match online competitors where possible. Some restrictions apply based on stock, bundled items, or shipping costs. Contact our sales team for more information.
How do Special Orders & Request Quote work?
Items listed as "Request a Quote" or without pricing are considered special orders.
These are non-refundable and cancellations result in store credit. Add items to your quote list from the product page and submit the form. Once submitted, one of our sales reps will provide you with a quote.
How do I track my online order?
For most shipments a tracking number is emailed upon shipment. If you don't receive one, feel free to contact the store for an update on your order - call 705-560-1550 or e-mail us.

How can I get a quote quickly?
If you already have a commercial rep, please reach out through email. If not, you can browse for the products you’d like on our website under the commercial tab. Once you find what you’re looking for, click “add to quote builder” , finish the quick quote form and hit the “send” button. Shortly after one of our representatives will contact you with a quote.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. We provide tailored maintenance plans based on your facility size and equipment count. Quarterly visits are recommended; bi-annual and annual plans are also available.
Our technicians perform diagnostics, maintenance, and provide a detailed service report with repair or replacement recommendations. Email [email protected] for a quote.
Do you offer delivery and installation for commercial clients?
Yes. We provide end-to-end service including Facility Planning, Pre-Purchase Consultations, Delivery, Installation, Maintenance, and Repairs.Is financing available?

What if my facility is located remotely?
No problem! We regularly serve remote areas. For more remote locations, we offer travel-based solutions or remote support when needed.
