To properly use the Olympic bar pad from Xtreme Monkey, simply open up the pad by detaching the velcro. Wrap the pad around the bar and securely close the pad over the bar by connecting the velcro.
When you go to lift, place the back of your neck on the portion of the bar that is covered by the bar pad for increased comfort while lifting.
Takes the burden off your shoulder and allows you to work with heavier weights.
